For the last few years, Asprea has been in partnership with Aviva. In that time we’ve helped some 400,000 customers who’ve taken out household insurance with Aviva get their home back to normal after an incident.
In 2010, our partnership became even closer, when Asprea joined the Aviva family. This us the chance to create a new in-house team and put in place a number of exciting innovations.

Providing peace of mind to customers is at the heart of all we do. After the stress of a burst pipe or a fire in the kitchen, all our customers want is to get back to normal as soon as possible. It will be up to our Asprea team to make sure our customers can always rely on us to make this happen in cases of damage ranging up to £10,000.
In a market-leading move, we’ve created both desk-based and field-based teams. Our team’s handle the customer’s claim through validation and scoping through to the repair project right until the last lick of paint has been applied. Through the 'one-stop-shop' approach of each customer having their own Contract Manager and our unique mix of office and field-based surveying teams, we offer a supremely efficient service.
