Field Surveyor
As one of our valued surveyors, you'll drive excellence in the validation of claims and the routing process. When a customer makes a claim, it'll be your role to validate the claim, and to arrange and manage any specialist inspections, before routing claims to either desk or field-based contract managers. A key part of the role is owning the customer relationships through to claim validation or repudiation. You'll be expected to manage customer expectations, arrange temporary accommodation where necessary, and agree cash settlement options.

£24,000 - £34,000 + company car + healthcare + up to 16% bonus.
About you
Having worked as a building surveyor you'll also have a strong knowledge of the building industry. You will be comfortable working with a range of computer systems to deliver the best service to customers. You'll also bring excellent interpersonal skills, gained in your time working in a customer-focused environment where you took pride in meeting customer needs through your expertise and integrity. What's more, you should be familiar with effectively managing costs on settlements.
Last but by no means least; previous insurance industry experience and an insurance qualification are desirable along with the CII Diploma and ACII.

HideField Territory Team Manager
In this key management role, you’ll ensure your team delivers for customers by managing indemnity spend. Your challenge will be to co-ordinate a diverse set of professionals, from surveyors to contract managers. Smoothly managing the end-to-end process in the field, from validation to supplier performance, will be central to your success.
£36,000 - £45,000 +car + up to 16% bonus + free private healthcare
About Asprea
Asprea is a property household claims management company. We’re owned by Aviva, and we deal with all of their customers who make a claim on their building insurance. So, when an unattended chip pan starts a fire, or a burst pipe floods the living room, we oversee the whole process of repairs – from the moment a claim has been approved until the last lick of paint has been applied.
About you
We’re looking for someone who combines a great approach to customer service with an excellent knowledge of the building industry. Ideally bringing previous trade experience, you’ll have excellent people management skills and have a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations and other relevant legislation within the building industry.
On top of all of this, it would be great if you had understanding of how insurance claims work. And to really stand out, you’ll bring an HND or HNC in building studies or another recognised building related qualification.
